Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Tuluminati, your satisfaction is very important to us. Each of our products is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, one that is in poor condition, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Please note:
• We do not accept returns for reasons of dissatisfaction or change of mind.
• If your hat doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges for a different size of the same model only.
• Shipping costs for size exchanges are covered by the customer.
To be eligible for exchange:
• You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The hat must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
