How do I choose my size?
Measure around your head, just above the ears and eyebrows, with a soft tape. Match the centimeters to our size guide below. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up — every hat ships with an adjustable inner band for fine-tuning.

How long until my hat arrives?
Each hat is made to order in our Guadalajara workshop and ready in 7 business days or less. You will receive tracking the moment it leaves the atelier.
Are these really handmade?
Entirely. Every Tuluminati is blocked, shaped, lined, banded and finished by Mexican artisans by hand — roughly fourteen hours of work per hat. No two are precisely identical, and that is the point.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Unworn hats can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, anywhere in the world. If the fit is not right, we exchange it for free.
How do I care for my hat?
Store it crown-down or on a hook, keep it dry, and brush felt gently counter-clockwise. Each hat arrives with a full care card. Treated well, it is made to last forever.
